How TechStyle uses reviews to boost their brand

TechStyle Fashion Group is an online subscription fashion retailer best known for its brands - JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. Given its business model and industry, TechStyle’s reputation is paramount to its success and it benefits highly from positive word-of-mouth.

That’s why TechStyle partnered with Trustpilot to collect and manage their reviews. By getting feedback straight from their customers, Techstyle was able to identify specific areas of improvement and understand how they can better their overall customer experience.

TechStyle’s focus on customers paid off. By incorporating their customers in the review management process, TechStyle was able to leverage reviews as part of their UGC marketing campaign. Fabletics provides the best example of this by having a review page where visitors can see how Fabletics is viewed through their customers eyes. The page showcases reviews, customer testimonials, and displaying reviews based on factors such as customer service, shipping, and the quality of products.
